www.ketobakingco.com It all began when I discovered that I was insulin resistant. Before then, I had been eating a paleo-ish diet, while watching my health continue to decline. Shortly thereafter, I began eating keto. I have been making up recipes and baking since I was a small child, and I have also been a lifetime "breakfast foods" fan, so a keto granola came along pretty quickly. Then one day,

I set out to make a batch, but saw in my fridge that I still had a cookie dough I'd made a few days prior; not wanting the dough to get funky, I added it to the granola. KBC's first product was born. After taste-testing it with about 50 people, (my taste buds are quite keto-fied at this point), none of whom eat keto, I knew that I had to share it with the world.
