Happy Holidays… I mean Thursday! As promised we have a surprise for this weekend. We have a limited run of panettone available for this Saturday pickup at Wallflour.

Yes we know, it’s September. But we wanted to begin testing our menu- the holidays are approaching quickly afterall.

Panettone is a very special treat, no matter the time of year. It is a sweet Italian bread, traditionally served around Christmas and New Year’s, that is naturally leavened and aromatic from the pasta madre (the natural yeast used to leaven this bread), candied fruit and honey. Our version is embedded with giant golden K & K Ranch raisins, candied Orange pieces and paste, vanilla bean and Sage Blossom honey from Bill’s Bees. Before baking, it gets topped with an almond sugar crust that adds a delicate crunchy contrast to this soft bread.

Okay here’s your weekly pastry update from Pavé. We have a couple of changes for this Saturday 9/12 as well as a surprise or two.

Apples have landed at the market so Apple Fritters are on the menu and we can’t wait to share them with you! Fluffy enriched dough and lightly sweetened apples seasoned with cinnamon and green cardamom then finished with vanilla bean glaze. So good.

As always, we’ll post the final menu for this Saturday 9/12 after our market run.
This will be a farewell to summer so come enjoy the last of stone fruit and berries before we transition to fall time flavors.

Hello! First off thank y’all so much for another great Saturday this past weekend- it’s been wonderful meeting so many new people each week and seeing so many familiar faces as well. We are looking forward to building Pavé with you all

This week our beloved 𝖓𝖔 𝖉𝖆𝖞'𝖘 𝖔𝖋𝖋 𝖈𝖆𝖋𝖊. 𝔩𝔩𝔠 is in Japan (jealous) however Ponder will be popping-up with us on Saturday 9/5 :)

Fall is coming and we are looking forward to it so we’ll be making a special treat for y’all to celebrate the season changing. Final menu for this week will be posted on Thursday after the market run. We are looking forward to seeing you 💚🪨

We’ll be popping up with 𝖓𝖔 𝖉𝖆𝖞'𝖘 𝖔𝖋𝖋 𝖈𝖆𝖋𝖊. 𝔩𝔩𝔠 on Saturdays 8/22, 8/29, 9/5 & 9/12 from 8-11am. We are extremely grateful to our hosts Wallflour Pizza for sharing their space with us.

Happy Sunday! Preorder your pastry box for Saturday 8/15, pickup at lil’Cans & Bottles from 9am-12pm.

We will also have some à la carte pastries available including things not in the box (Canelé, Raspberry Financiers, Brioche Bread Pudding) so you can add on or double up on some items in the box :)

Hello! Okay so seems like y’all were pretty into last week’s pop-up so we’re gonna do it again.
We will make more fritters and canelés so that we don’t sell out so early and more of you can try them. We’ll also make some Red Fife Kouign-Amann if you are looking for something flakey :)

Hi again 🌊
We’re feeling inspired by the summer fruit bounty and decided to do a *last minute* drop for this Friday with our friends lil’Cans & Bottles from 8-11am.

We have super soft burger bun packs & berry fruit tarts for preorders to pickup. Because of where we are in the season, rasp / blueberry- can you picture it? We will also have a few items for walk ups only. Feel free to add on some treats when you come by. Come early for the best selection.

We’re thinking about making Vanilla Canelé & Jam print cookies. And who knows what more! You can order coffee drinks and stock up on wine & beer for your holiday weekend while you’re there.
