We’ve been getting questions about why we require full payment before pickup for our Ilocos Empanada orders and we’d love to explain 💛
Our Ilocos Empanada is made fresh and prepared with carefully measured, limited ingredients every weekend. We don’t mass produce. We prepare based on confirmed orders to make sure everything is fresh, crispy, and high quality.
Because our ingredients are very limited and specially prepared, last-minute cancellations really affect our small business. When orders are canceled after we’ve already prepared the ingredients, it results in waste and loss.

Requiring full payment helps us:
✔️ Secure serious and confirmed orders
✔️ Avoid last-minute cancellations
✔️ Prevent ingredient waste
✔️ Maintain quality and freshness
✔️ Ensure customer satisfaction for everyone
