The Cheesecake Pedaler has made it to L.A! My first experiment in shipping turned into a box full of cheesecake packed in dry ice on my flight. The box looks good, but who knows what I'll find once I open it up!

First Cheesecake completed under Ellie's watch. She's not much help yet, but I know she'll be the future Cheesecake Pedaler. Blue cheese cheesecake topped with port wine poached pears. Spicy pecans will go on top as well, but not until later as they would get soggy.
