Iranian food and pastries hold such a special place in my heart. Every cookie and pastry I make is filled with love and sweet memories of my hometown. The aroma of saffron, rosewater, cardamom, and orange blossom fills my heart with warmth and a deep yearning for the place that carries my heritage.
As the Persian New Year approaches, I’m determined to keep our culture and beautiful traditions alive through my baking.
We cannot let evil and darkness take thousands of years of our beautiful culture away from us.
Our hearts are heavy, but we must continue.
