It is official. As of today, Black Dog Farm SC, LLC is approved by the Secretary of State, etc. and we are now legally operating! Soil is being prepped, lavender & rosemary will arrive March 1st. The freeze dried crops we are currently using will be replaced SOON with our larger scale crops. I am excited, humbled and ready to get this "version" of a Housand owned farm going. I speak this into existence and I believe in & thank God for this opportunity. **** FB would now allow us to merge our existing business page into the farm. Hello long lost friends. Our military adventures are over and we're now enjoying the beach life...in North Myrtle Beach. The Cottage Industry Laws are different here, but don't worry...we're working towards a candy/baked goods theme and are researching dreamy treats that are good for those following specific eating plans such as keto and thm. Bear with us, we're eating our way through the ideas...and expect to be selling and shipping items by the holiday season. We're missed all of you.

So, we've been open at the NMB Flea Market in Little River for the past two weekends. You'll find us in Building C, across the hall from the Sign Man (Building C is a hot pink painted mess, lol). Today we took time to walk through the other buildings and found two other vendors selling jam and jelly...but they were NOT homemade, NOT locally grown, yet their "owners" kept swearing they were both. I was sad, angry, and frustrated. We are truthful in our advertising, do all the growing, preparing, cooking, canning, labeling, and selling by ourselves. We are 100% Horry County local, 100% homegrown, 100% homemade and we invite you to try our products!

We will be showing our Hawks support on Saturday at Ellicott High School. From 9-3, there will be lots to do and vendors offering some awesome things. We will also be donating 10% of our sales BACK to their athletic program, but Shh...we haven't told them! Drive out Saturday and see us...and see our limited edition monogrammed Hawks pride items! Santa will also be there!
