We did it- we bought a house in beautiful Loveland, Colorado!
Many of you know our story, but if you don't:
4 years ago we moved to the rolling hills and cornfields of Iowa to buy a house. We intended to garden and sell vegetables at farmers markets. But, with a different climate and pests than we were used to, growing vegetables didn't come easy. Our first market was quickly approaching and we had nothing to sell.
Levi offered to bake a few loves of bread, the locals ate it up, and Pocket Farm Bakery was born.
For 3 years our business grew, but our beloved Colorado mountains, family and friends were calling back to us. We sold our house on a whim and spent the last year scouring the housing market to find the perfect fit.
We finally found it, and can't wait to see how we grow during this next chapter. Our bakery is back in our own kitchen, and we have an empty plot to start a new garden from scratch.
We are so grateful to be at this moment in our lives, and the future is ours.
