A lot of people see the sourdough hype all over the internet but don’t truly understand the many health benefits that come with it. I had a customer this weekend thank me for having this information on my booth at the market and it made me realize I’m not only selling bread, I’m helping people understand what the right foods can do for our bodies. I’m so thankful I get to do this each week and supply my community with things that can nourish our bodies in the right ways. I truly hope this helps people understand the many benefits sourdough has and why it is truly so good for us. 😊
