You might have noticed there is no Father's Day Menu this year.. I wanted to offer something creative for the special dads in your life but I have just been trying to keep up with my daily baking! I apologize!

On that note, y'all have been crazy about the scones at Buttercup! 🤪 I'm dropping as much as I can daily! Current flavors are Lemon Blueberry, Cranberry Orange, Raspberry Almond, and the new favorite, Cheddar and Chive! Thank you for all the support.

I know you are all used to eating something sweet from Baking in Boots but you might want to make an exception for this Cheddar and Chive Scone!

Made with fresh chives, sharp cheddar, and a pinch of sea salt! This one will have you coming back again and again.

And may I suggest pairing it with a cold brew?

I had a wonderful opportunity to share some of my desserts with our friend Sandi Petersen Photography & Events who captured some amazing pictures! 📸

I can't wait to share more but for now, introducing my new Raspberry + Chocolate Ganache Tart! ❤️

Sitting on a chocolate sablé crust, filled with a raspberry coulis and chocolate ganache, topped with a chocolate mascarpone mousse.

These are the desserts I love to make. I love trying something new, creating my own version of it, and making it look pretty. More to come..

I hope everyone had a safe Memorial Day weekend! I even found time to celebrate my birthday for an afternoon. 🥳
