✅ Allow loaves to cool before packaging

✅ Pack all market product up and load up the car on Saturday morning

This market prep session took me about 6 hours (8:30pm-1:30am & 6am-7am)! That makes a grand total of……. 🥁🥁🥁🥁

✅ Bake 16 loaves from previous day

✅ Mix dough for 18 loaves & 16 mini loaves

✅ Portion and shape English Muffins

✅ Mix Cinnamon Roll dough

✅ Stretch & Folds 👏🏻

✅ Bake 2 dozen Blueberry Muffins

✅ Bake 4 dozen English Muffins

✅ Shape Cinnamon Rolls

✅ Allow dough to bulk ferment overnight

✅ MORE DISHES (I need to go home and wash all my dough bins still 🥲)

✅ Shape 18 loaves and 16 mini loaves and place them in the fridge to cold proof

✅ Bake Cinnamon Rolls

✅ Package loaves, English muffins, blueberry muffins, and cinnamon rolls

This market prep session took me about 9 hours (6pm-9pm, 10pm-2am, & 5:30am-7:30am)! Now I just need to bake the last few rounds of loaves tonight and catch up on all the dishes and cleaning before it’s officially MARKET DAY 🤩🥰
