Come see us and all the wonderful vendors TODAY, Saturday, October 10th from 9am-12pm for the last Hocking County Farmer’s Market of the season at the Hocking County Courthouse on 1 E Main Street in Logan!

✨ Fridays of Market Week ✨

✅ Bake 24 loaves & 16 mini loaves from previous night

✅ Slice & package 20 loaves for Sunset Slush 🤭

✅ Shape 2 dozen English muffins & allow them to rise

✅ Bake English muffins

✅ Allow loaves & English muffins to cool before packaging

✅ An absolutely inconceivable amount of dishes (but at least they’re all done… except for my loaf pans 🫠)

✅ Pack all market product up & load car with market setup

This market prep session took me about 8 hours (5pm-1am)! That makes a grand total of……. 🥁🥁🥁🥁

✨ 34 HOURS ✨ spent on preparing for October’s market! Considering I made 20 loaves just for Sunset Slush, then 7 sourdough flights and 28 cinnamon rolls for Bakery 323, AND increased the amount of cookies and cinnamon rolls I’m bringing to this month’s market, I’d say that’s pretty good!

✨Thursdays of Market Week✨
Featuring ✨Friday Morning✨ of Market Week 🤩

✅ Bake 20 sourdough loaves and 32 mini loaves

✅ Mix dough for 24 sourdough loaves & 16 mini loaves

✅ Mix glaze for cinnamon rolls

✅ Package & glaze 44 cinnamon rolls

✅ Prepare bread baskets

✅ Stretch & Folds 🤗

✅ Package 8 flights

✅ Allow dough to bulk ferment overnight

✅ Shape sourdough loaves & place in the fridge to cold ferment

✅ Dishes 😭 (I still have to wash all my dough bins, sheet pans, and mixer bowl after work 🫪)

This market prep session took me a total of about 9 hours (5:30pm-1am & 6am-7:30am)! Now to go restock at Bakery 323 and head into work 💃
