Summer breakfast, summer board, summer morning coffee. Once a jar of creamed honey is open, it shows up in more places than you’d expect.

A few favorites:
Hot coffee — a spoonful blends in cleanly and adds more body than sugar. Even better with a splash of cream.

Yogurt bowls — Greek yogurt, fresh summer fruit, a swipe of creamed honey across the top. The texture holds, so it reads as a layer instead of disappearing into the yogurt.

Charcuterie boards — spread it directly on a cracker with cheese, or set the open jar on the board with a spoon. Pairs especially well with aged cheddars and soft brie.
