🍂✨ NEW FALL MENU ITEM! ✨🍂

Okay… these Brown Sugar Toaster Strudels might be my new obsession. 🤎

This was my first time ever making something like this, and I had SO much fun creating them! Watching these little pastries come together, getting that beautiful golden, flaky pastry, and then finishing them with that sweet glaze… 😍

And let me tell you — they are SO delicious. Buttery, flaky, warm brown sugar goodness with the perfect amount of sweetness. Basically, a grown-up homemade toaster strudel. 🥐🤎

I seriously cannot wait for you guys to try these! They’ll be joining our Fall Menu soon! 🍂

I AM OBSESSED with our new loaf shape 😍🍞

Not gonna lie… I think this might be my new favorite way to bake sourdough!

It’s the perfect shape for toast, sandwiches, grilled cheese… basically anything you want to pile between two slices. 🙌🏼

And the best part? You get more evenly sized slices compared to our traditional boule, so no more tiny end slices or trying to make a sandwich with a giant round piece 😂

Same delicious sourdough. Just a whole lot more sandwich-friendly. 🤎

✨ BERGHOLD NIGHT MARKET, YOU WERE AMAZING! ✨

You guys completely SOLD US OUT! 😭❤️ We came home with just TWO loaves of bread left — everything else was GONE!

What an incredible night. We got to meet so many amazing vendors, make connections with other small businesses, and most importantly, meet SO many new customers. 🥹

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, grabbed something, said hello, told a friend about us, or came back for more. Your support means the absolute world to us and continues to blow us away. 🫶🏼

🌾 We’re headed back to Michael David Winery! 🍞🍪

Come see us Wednesday, July 22nd from 5–8 PM at the Michael David Farmers Market! We’ll have a table full of fresh sourdough, cookies, scones, muffins, and all your bakery favorites. If you’ve been wanting to stock up, this is the perfect chance!

We sold out incredibly fast at the last market, so if there’s something you’ve had your eye on, we definitely recommend coming early. ❤️

We’ll be set up Saturday, July 11th from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM with fresh sourdough bread, cookies, and other baked goodies!
