Come hang out with us this Friday, 10/9 from 5–8pm at Side Hustle Brew!

We’ll have all the sourdough goodies from us, and Pizza Party 209 will be serving up their sourdough pizza. Basically, your Friday night dinner plans are handled.

Come grab some good food, a cold b**r or a seltzer cocktail, and end the week with us. And if you don’t feel like hanging out, you can always just stop by, grab your sourdough goodies and head home. 😉

So I’m doing a random bagel pop-up! 🥯🤎

If you’ve been following along, you know I normally only make my sourdough bagels for Fierro Coffee, so this is your chance to get your hands on some directly from me!

Along with the bagels, I’ll have all your usual weekend favorites:

Want to make sure you get your sourdough, scones & cookies? Preorder for Wednesday pickup and secure your goods before the weekend rolls around. 👀

Especially after our last few markets selling out… you know I’m not playing around.

✨ Pickup is 9AM–9PM
✨ Call or text when you arrive and I’ll bring your order out to you!
✨ Delivery is available 5–7PM

🍂✨ NEW FALL MENU ITEM! ✨🍂

Okay… these Brown Sugar Toaster Strudels might be my new obsession. 🤎

This was my first time ever making something like this, and I had SO much fun creating them! Watching these little pastries come together, getting that beautiful golden, flaky pastry, and then finishing them with that sweet glaze… 😍

And let me tell you — they are SO delicious. Buttery, flaky, warm brown sugar goodness with the perfect amount of sweetness. Basically, a grown-up homemade toaster strudel. 🥐🤎

I seriously cannot wait for you guys to try these! They’ll be joining our Fall Menu soon! 🍂

I AM OBSESSED with our new loaf shape 😍🍞

Not gonna lie… I think this might be my new favorite way to bake sourdough!

It’s the perfect shape for toast, sandwiches, grilled cheese… basically anything you want to pile between two slices. 🙌🏼

And the best part? You get more evenly sized slices compared to our traditional boule, so no more tiny end slices or trying to make a sandwich with a giant round piece 😂

Same delicious sourdough. Just a whole lot more sandwich-friendly. 🤎

✨ BERGHOLD NIGHT MARKET, YOU WERE AMAZING! ✨

You guys completely SOLD US OUT! 😭❤️ We came home with just TWO loaves of bread left — everything else was GONE!

What an incredible night. We got to meet so many amazing vendors, make connections with other small businesses, and most importantly, meet SO many new customers. 🥹

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, grabbed something, said hello, told a friend about us, or came back for more. Your support means the absolute world to us and continues to blow us away. 🫶🏼
