It's been a little awhile since I've posted. I've gone through some life changes that have caused me to move back to my home state of Michigan. My Story

Aloha!

I'm Jess, a Oahu-based photographer whose specialty now is nature/landscape & travel photography. I also have experience running my own portrait photography business which was geared towards newborns & maternity.

I started my portrait business in 2014 in San Diego, California. In 2017 some personal things in my life had me uproot my business from Cali back to my home state of Michigan. Which meant I basically had to start my business over from scratch. After about a year of trying to get my business up and running in a new state I decided to switch gears.

I have always had a love for wanting to travel and nature/landscape photography. So I sold everything related to my portrait business and moved to Hawaii Island April 2018 to do a work exchange with a local farm & bakery company. From there I was able to save money to fund my very first international trip to Japan April 2019. Where I stayed for 3 months exploring, working on my Japanese, and taking beautiful photos of the country. November 2019 I moved from Hawaii Island to Oahu to try and live and work to fund more traveling!
