It’s with a lot of gratitude, I share 3 Bayou Brothers has sold over 1 million planks of our old fashion Gingerbread!
We are so thankful to our customers, vendors, distributors, and most importantly our workers. These folks still roll every plank by hand and are amazing at it!!
From down here on the bayou, THANK YOU! Y’all keep enjoying it… and we’ll keep making it fresh.

Looking for a worker to join our wholesale gingerbread bakery team. Responsibilities include mixing, sheeting, baking, and packing. Shifts range from 3-4 hours daily during production and 2-3 hours daily for packing. Our average workweek is 3 days, with an occasional 4th day. We are flexible with scheduling to accommodate your needs. Starting pay is $12/hour. Apply by sending your information to [email protected].

We are excited about a new vendor/partner in the Bunkie, LA area. Griffins Antiques & Main St. Market And Palace Farmers Market will be carrying our gingerbread. Live in the area, go show some support and pick up a plank or two!! You should see them out in their stores by the weekend!!
