Hi! My name is Kaitlynn and I’ve been making cupcakes frequently over the last few years now, and over the last year or so I’ve been told I should try selling them so here we are! Unfortunately I don’t a lot of pictures of the cupcake I’ve done but there’s been alot! Most of my cupcakes are light and airy, some are a little denser but none are super heavy.
Cupcakes I’ve made most recently are the following;
• Chocolate with Peanut butter frosting
• Cookies and cream cupcake
• Salted Caramel Apple; A little denser Cinnamon cupcake with a Apple Pie filling with a salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel drizzle
• Andes Mint; Mint chocolate cupcake with the choice of a white chocolate mint buttercream or just a mint buttercream topped with a andes creme de menthe
• Strawberry cheesecake; Vanilla cupcake with a cheesecake filling and a cool whip/cheesecake topping along with a sliced strawberry and crushed graham crackers
• S’mores; Chocolate cupcake with a homemade marshmallow frosting, crushed graham crackers and a Hershey bar
• Hot Cocoa; Similar to s’mores but topped with dehydrated marshmallows
• Vanilla cupcakes with a vanilla buttercream
• Boston creme; heavier set cupcake (most of mine are light and airy) filled with a pastry cream and topped with chocolate ganache
• Vanilla with a white chocolate buttercream

Again, these are just the cupcakes that I’ve done recently. I will add pictures below of the ones I have photos of!
