Who knew it would blossom into a small Cottage Home Bakery! Look for us at your local Live Oak Artisan Markets! It began after my retirement as something to replace my steady pace of being a Hair and Nail Salon business owner and operator of 30 years! You see, boredom is not in my vocabulary, but "Challenge" is. Anyone who has tried, whether successful, or not, knows the challenge of creating a go

od sourdough bread. Included in this vocabulary is 2 more words, "Patience and Time!" Time, I have, Patience well, not always but put to a challenge, my patience prevails! Cooking and baking have always been one of my favorite pass times, like a great book to an avid reader! Add into the equation, (being a bread lover), my research led me to a healthier, more nutritious bread called Sourdough! Who would have thought making bread for my family would turn into a small Micro bakery! I am supposed to be retired! LOL. Do the words, "this is so good, you should sell it", sound familiar to anyone? Well! The rest is history! HAPPY BAKING TO ME! HAPPY BELLIES TO YOU!
