Another baking day! While the crackers came out *so* good, my fiancé said they needed more salt…so back to the recipe drawing board. ALSO, I used just about alllll of my starter for them and had to do a week of daily feeding to get back to a usable amount of starter. All that to say, to make my discard loaf I need 100g of discard and I finally had enough today! So enjoy the baking progression of just mixed, proofed, baked. Thinking of diving back in to flavored breads, what do you think I should try?
