The Whole Cupcake offers cupcakes and cakes that are vegan, at least 50% organic and packed with flavor and variety that will please vegans and non vegans alike. Due to her dairy allergies I had to cut out dairy and finally go vegan. I found it hard when it came to dessert time to miss out on something sweet. Thus, I started baking, it all started with my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cupcake. After
that, I found myself in the kitchen as much as possible with an infant and a toddler. Now I am a momma on a mission to build a business and a bakery that everyone can enjoy! The Whole Cupcake is a home based bakery that strives to provide gourmet cupcakes that are made with 90% organic ingredients and are also plant based (vegan). Our cupcakes are free from dairy, eggs and any other animal products. We only use vegan friendly sugars and palm shortening that has been sustainably harvested. We don't use food dye, unless requested by a customer for a special order, then we use only organic and plant based products. We also like to be environmentally conscious and often use boxes that are made of recycled materials, or boxes from our ingredients. We encourage customers to reuse their boxes and even offer a discount to those who do.
