SOURDOUGH ORDERS FOR NEXT WEEK ARE OPEN! 💜

I didn't pull my starter out and wake her up this week because I just didn't have enough sourdough orders to justify putting that girl to work. 😂 So she got herself a little vacation!

BUT I'm taking orders now for NEXT WEEK!

I'll be doing my sourdough prep/bakes:
🥖 Wednesday/Thursday
🥖 Thursday/Friday

You have until TUESDAY NIGHT to get your order in so I know exactly how much starter I need to wake up, feed, and get ready to work.

Okay y’all… I need to know something. 😂

Who actually likes Pimento Cheese??

And not just plain ol’ pimento cheese either… because apparently I can’t leave anything alone. 😂

I’m thinking about making some Fresh Jalapeño Pimento Cheese — extra sharp cheddar, sharp cheddar, pimentos, fresh jalapeños and all the good stuff. Thick, creamy, cheesy and with a little kick. 😋

But before I go making a big ol’ batch of it…

WHO WOULD EAT IT?! 😂

💜 Only if it has jalapeños!

FINALLY figured out the right oven temp for these lil suckers 😂

After a few test batches, cracked tops, tiny feet, and me questioning why I ever decided macarons sounded like a good idea… I think we finally got pretty darn close.

They’re still not exactly where I want them yet, because apparently these cute little suckers have to be a little PIA 😂 but they are SO much better than where I started.

Meet my new:

🖤 BLOODY CHERRY MACARONS 🖤

Black French macaron shells filled with a deep red cherry buttercream for the perfect spooky Halloween bite.

They’ve got that delicate little crunch on the outside, soft chewy center, and rich cherry filling right in the middle.

Not perfect yet… but pretty darn close, and I’m calling that a win. 💜

I'll be working on getting things filled back up tomorrow. 😊💜

And listen... y'all KNOW green is not my color 😂 but I'm telling ya, that big green pumpkin CATCHES YOUR EYE! I may not be a green girl, but even I have to give that one credit. 😂

There are new pumpkins, Halloween goodies, keychains and more handmade items out there now. Remember, these aren't all made by me — I have some very talented ladies bringing their handmade creations over too, so come show them some love!
