St. Patrick's Day may be over, but we are NOT done celebrating. The next round of brisket is coming out of the brine this week and being roasted, sliced, and prepped for your enjoyment. Breakfast and lunch Reubens and corned beef hash and eggs, and the infamous corned beef burrito all coming your way this week starting TODAY!

Wondering what makes these sandwiches so dang good? A couple of things:

1. This corned beef is 100 percent made in house. We developed our own unique pickling spice, conjure up our own brine, let it cure in our fridges, roast it, and slice it up for you to enjoy. No pre-cooked corned beef or pre-cured in this house. It's become common practice in the restaurant industry to slap the word "house" in front of something on the menu, whether it was made by hand or not. Frustrated with this move, it's something we simply don't do.

2. House dressing: Is it Russian, is it 1000 Island? Is it 1000 Russian Islands? Or?? We're not telling, but it's 🔥

3. Micro Mama's Kraut: we left the fermenting to the experts because Stephanie and her crew know what they're doing. It's punchy and delicious, and available for sale in our cooler (along with a bunch of other fermented delights)

4. Love of course! The Reuben is an all-time personal favorite of ours. We put our hearts into this one.

Come by and enjoy this week while supplies last. We will run out, and we won't be taking on this process again until next March.

With the icy and potentially worsening conditions, we'll be open but just for coffee and pastries. We can walk here, but our staff cannot and we can't do it without them :) If you are out today, be safe and stop by for a coffee and some fun bakery extras.

We'll have Curried Carrot soup starting at 9 am!

We'll be back open fully this Thursday ( New Year's Day) with some exciting specials to kick off 2026 right.
