Bread tip of the day:
The best way to keep your bread; if you don't eat it all in one sitting, 😉 is to wrap it in beeswax wrap!! It will keep your bread nice a soft but it will also help prolong its shelf life.
Why is it so good? Its water resistant, breathable, & reusable!!

I thought it was time I introduce who is behind Chad's Alli; for those that don't know me.
Hi, I am Alli Dieter. Military wife and Mom of 5!
I have been married to Chad for 16 years & together we have 5 children (16, 11, 10, 7, & 4).
I have always had a passion for cooking; my Memaw loved to cook and that is where my love of cooking stems from. I use to think opening up my own restaurant was something I wanted to do but being a wife and a mom is truly where my heart is. Being able to bake for you is about the closest I can get to that old dream and let me tell you I am loving it! I am so blessed that I get to share my gift!
Thank you for supporting me and an old dream I never saw coming to fruition!

Since I decided to embark on this journey of baking for you all almost 2 weeks ago I have been baking my tail off! It has been a team effort and to date we've made 74 traditional loaves of sourdough, 18 loaves of sandwich bread, & 276 cinnamon rolls!!! I am still in shock that you all love my baked items! I thank you from the bottom of my heart. We are wishing you and your families a very Merry & Blessed Christmas!!
Also, I am completely booked till after Christmas for those wondering!!
