Tried my hand at making choux pastry for the first time and I have to say I enjoyed the process.

I also made French pastry cream for the first time ever as well. This cream puff is light and delicate and simply delicious! So proud of how this one came out!

I did this unicorn cake for an adorable little girls 4th birthday 🎂

The bottom tier is vanilla cake with vanilla pudding filling and the top tier is a crowd favorite.... Cookies and cream!!!

This cupcake is a take on a butter beer flavor using cream soda and butterscotch! There is a butterscotch whipped topping with a decadent butterscotch sauce, topped with heath toffee pieces! Truly a delicious cupcake for any event!!!
