💜💛Hummingbird Cake Loaves are for sale for Mother’s Day! 💛💜 Never heard of it? Imagine if a banana bread went on a tropical vacation—inside it’s got bananas, coconut, pineapple, and toasted walnuts. It’s lightly spiced (similar to carrot cake) and has cream cheese frosting with a hint of cinnamon. Decorated with dried pineapple “flowers”, purple violas from my yard and toasted walnut dust. NOTE: fresh violas only last about 5-6 hours out of water, so I’ll be giving those out in small bottles on the side. Just push them into the frosting a couple hours before you serve it! $25/ea, pickup Saturday 4-5pm.

Ready for Easter? 🐣 This pretty little loaf makes for a beautiful hostess gift! 💕 I have only 2 left for pickup tomorrow, Sat 4-5 pm. Cream cheese frosting with a hint of cinnamon is topped with candied carrot roses, toasted walnut dust, rosemary and chamomile flowers. Plus the loaf is studded with chopped walnuts! Mmmmmm 😋$25 ea, pickup tomorrow from 4-5 pm.

It tastes less sweet than starbuck’s lemon loaf; it’s more like a sweet bread than a cake. $20/ea, pickup this Friday 3-4! Made with homemade lemon extract 😋

🍀Irish Guinness Brown Bread! 🍀 Served in many Irish pubs, it’s just a touch sweet, and tastes great both toasted and not. Pair it with a hearty stew, or serve it for breakfast with butter and honey. My recipe is adapted from the recipe handed out at the Guinness Headquarters in Dublin. It’s got 100% whole wheat, molasses and oats in it-and it’s YUM! $20ea, pickup this Friday to enjoy with your favorite beer on St Patrick’s Day!
