Culinary grad with 15 years professional experience in fine dining restaurants & hotels. Made a career change to be closer to my family but still have the desire and passion for baking.

We’re bringing back a favorite — Peach Cobbler Milk Bread Rolls 🍑 — and introducing something brand new to the Crumb & Craft table:

Fresh-Milled Milk Bread! 🍞
Soft, tender, and made with wheat we mill fresh ourselves, we can’t wait for you to try it.

Of course, we’ll also have our OG Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Pie Rolls, and four flavors of our small-batch ice cream by the pint.

Something new is milling around at Crumb & Craft… 👀🌾

For this one, we’re taking breadmaking all the way back to the beginning. Freshly. Milled.

What does fresh-milled mean? Instead of baking with flour that was milled weeks or months ago, we start with whole wheat berries and mill the flour ourselves — right before we bake.

Then we turn that freshly milled wheat into a soft, tender loaf of our Milk Bread, made for sandwiches, toast, or—let’s be honest—eating warm with a ridiculous amount of butter. 🤍

This will be a small trial batch at our next pop-up, and we cannot wait for you to try it!

A little later than usual, but tomorrow’s menu is finally here! 🤎

You voted, and we listened! 🍎 Apple Pie was one of the top-requested flavors in our recent poll, so we’re rolling it out for the first time tomorrow! Our soft Milk Bread Roll is filled with all the cozy apple pie goodness—and we can’t wait for you to try it.

And for everyone who voted Carrot Cake… don’t worry. 😉 It was another favorite, and it’ll be making its way onto the menu soon!

We’ll also have our OG Cinnamon and Pecan Rolls, Blueberry Muffins are back, Strawberry & Raspberry Meringue Kisses, and a freezer full of our Premium Small Batch Ice Cream. 🍦

After taking July off, we had no idea what to expect this morning. Seeing so many of you lined up before the doors even opened was something we'll never forget.

Thank you to everyone who came out, waited patiently in line, and supported our little home bakery. We sold out in less than an hour! While we're incredibly grateful, we're also so sorry to everyone who came after we had sold out.

As a cottage bakery, everything is made by hand in our home kitchen, so we're working to increase how much we can make each week while keeping the quality you expect.

The good news? You won't have to wait long—we'll be back at The Coffee Roaster NEXT Saturday! 🎉

Thank you for supporting Crumb & Craft. We feel so blessed to be part of this community, and we can't wait to serve you again next weekend. ❤️

🍑 Peach Cobbler Rolls – warm peaches, cinnamon, and our soft milk bread. Yup.

🌽 Sweet Corn & Raspberry Ice Cream – trust us on this one! Sweet corn makes an incredibly rich, creamy ice cream that's perfectly balanced by bright raspberries. Peak summer, one scoop at a time.

What a day. 🤍

We are so incredibly grateful.

Today's pop-up at The Coffee Roaster was another sellout, and you all made it our biggest ice cream day yet! Seeing familiar faces return week after week, while also meeting so many new customers, is something we'll never take for granted.

Thank you for supporting our little cottage bakery, for sharing us with your friends, and for showing up early (we know those cinnamon rolls disappear fast!).

We'll be taking the month of July off to rest, recharge, and spend time with our families. We'll be back on Saturday, August 1, at The Coffee Roaster with fresh cinnamon rolls, handcrafted ice cream, and all the cozy treats you've been craving.

Until then...thank you for making this dream possible. We can't wait to see you again in August. ❤️
