We’re officially DONE with markets for the season! 🥖🤎

And honestly… we’re feeling ALL the feelings about it.

This season has been such a whirlwind, and right now we’re in an incredibly busy season of life outside of the bakery, too. We’ve absolutely loved every market, every order, every loaf, and every single person who has supported Pasture View Sourdough along the way. 🥹

But we’ve reached a point where we need to take a little step back and breathe.

We’re seriously considering taking a little break from baking bread—not because we don’t love it, but because we want some time to regroup, reset, and figure out what direction we want Pasture View to go next. ❤️

Sometimes slowing down is necessary to make room for what comes next.

So for now, we’re going to enjoy a little breathing room, soak up some family time, and give ourselves permission to not have everything figured out just yet.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for supporting our little sourdough adventure. Every loaf you bought, every market you visited, every share, comment, recommendation, and kind word has meant more than you know. 🫶🏻

Pasture View may be taking a little pause… but we’re not saying goodbye. 🥖✨

REMINDER! We are all done at the Hub Farmers Market for the season! We will be in Tecumseh at the Tecumseh Creative District market on Thursday for one last time this week (August 6th)! The menu will be small. Only one flavor of muffins 🫐 and possibly 2 flavors of bread! Let me know what flavors you guys are wanting! I had a lot of request for jalapeño/cheddar last week so that will for sure be one flavor!

Unfortunately we will not be at Hub Farmers Market Mabel exploded all over and there’s not enough time to grow her enough 😭we will be at Tecumseh on Thursday! Fun acct, after I shook this down, it was only 1/4 of the way up the container, I need 2500g of starter per batch of dough… no where close to what I need for even a single batch of dough 😭😭😭

Good evening friends! This coming week will be the last of market season for us as we start to transition into back to school time, fishing tournaments, and vendor season! We will also start our pickup/delivery again as we are done with markets! Here’s your chance to request flavors and items at both the Hub Farmers Market and Tecumseh Creative District market! We will bring the top 2 bread flavors and plain! Please let us know aaaaallll the things you’d like to see this week!!

We will NOT be at Hub Farmers Market tonight or the Tecumseh Creative District market tomorrow. I’m uncertain on what next week will bring, but we are hoping to be able to make it to both next week. Market prep is nearly impossible when it’s 100 degrees the days before markets.
