This is a cake I made for my cousin's wedding this past weekend. With the help of my husband, daughter's, and step sister. First attempt at a wedding cake. Cake is a silver white cake made from scratch, butter cream frosting dyed the darkest blue possible with white chocolate shells dusted in gold pearl dust and topped with gold rose petals. It was definitely an expirence but will attempt again in future. Now to just work on my decorating skills. Congrats Mr and Mrs Swenson!!!!

My project with Sophia today.... For our very first time ever working with fondant or decorating a cake. I am a super proud mama! Home made pound cake and home made butter cream frosting! Sophia cut out the flowers and painted them silver and painted the silver swirls on the top!
