Season's Greetings!

I wanted to take a minute to check in. The bakery business is very good and exhausting! I have managed to update facebook and IG so far! I am still working on Google, Yelp and my website.

The new name of the bakery is Dear Ruby, Bakery & Cafe (formally Country Harvest Bakery & Cafe) we are located at 680 5th Street in downtown Lincoln.

Grandma Hedge Cookies have not made it into the bakery just yet. We have some changes and updates to make before this can happen all the way. I have been trying to make a few batches here and there and they sell out in minutes. We'll get there I promise.

For now, keep the well wishes and prayers coming for success and that we get the cookies baking soon.

We would love to see you all at the bakery and trust me, there are some amazing pastries,cinnamon rolls,Ice cream, quiche, coffee and other daily goody's.

Hello and I miss you!
I know it’s been a while, but I have some very exciting news to share.
Are you ready for this?

I bought a Bakery! Yep, I did.

Now what?
Well, unfortunately cookies will be on hold for a bit. I have a lot to do to settle in my new space, with employees and lots of new laws!

The kitchen will need to be change up a bit to accommodate the cookies.
I have really big plans to make this little place a true gem, a place to feel welcome, warm and loved with lots of good foods.
The websites have not been changed over yet as that is another large project. My to do list is very long at this point.

Country Harvest Bakery and Cafe is known for the friendly atmosphere and yummy treats.
We offer gluten free options, amazing cinnamon rolls, and crustless quiche, just to name a few.

☀️This little cozy spot is located at 680 5th street, Lincoln☀️

We are open Tuesday -Friday 8-4 and Saturday- Sunday 9-3 closed on Monday’s until further notice.

We’re taking pie orders for Thanksgiving until November 17!

We are also hiring part time cashier/barista
Must be able to work weekends. Don’t worry, we have fun.

Please come by and see me and Ruby, meet my staff and make this place your new place!

So with all that said, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for always supporting Ruby and I.

The cookie Business in our home has been a great success and I cannot wait to start sharing the love of our cookies again soon in our new bakery!
