I had some leftover Oreos from the Minecraft cake, so I decided to tweek the recipe for my Red Velvet cookies. Red Velvet Oreo Cookies with white chocolate chips. These cookies are delicious! Who thinks I should add these to my menu?

🎮 A little blocky fun came out of the kitchen this weekend! 🟩🟫
This 8-inch, FOUR layer chocolate cake is giving some serious vibes! 😍 My signature rich chocolate cake layered with chocolate buttercream and oreo cookie crumbs, covered in chocolate buttercream and more cookie crumbs to create that earthy, dirt-like look.
And then block by block on top! Different shades of green vanilla buttercream were piped individually to create that grassy, pixelated finish.
This one was definitely a labor of love—and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out!

Something is getting CRAFTED in The Sweet Spot kitchen this weekend… 👀

🟩 🟫 It’s made of cake. It’s going to be VERY chocolatey. There might be some crumbs involved. And let’s just say… everything may be a little more SQUARE than usual. You may want to do a little digging for this one.

Oh Twodles! We celebrated my Granddaughter's birthday today!! This quarter sheet cake was a hit!! This white cake with buttcream and pink fondant polkadots and bows was so fun to make!
