I’ve always loved baking, but it wasn’t until I gifted a neighbor a carrot cake and she became obsessed with it that I thought of starting my own cottage bakery. People have always complimented my breads and desserts, but she offered to pay for the another carrot cake (then another and another…).

Now I’d like to give a proper go. I’ll be starting small, but I’d like to see what this can become. Figured there’s no better way to start than to show you some of the things I’ve made.
