Good morning, folks!

We are set up and ready to go here at the Staunton Farmers Market this beautiful morning.

Sourdough breads, pastries, bagels and baguettes are on the menu, plus our Frontier Crunch Granola and freshly rolled oats.

Happy (almost) Thanksgiving!

In addition to offering our typical products, Conifer is accepting pre-orders from our Thanksgiving Menu. All pre-orders will be for pickup this Wednesday at the Lexington Farmer's Market.

The Maple Bourbon Pumpkin Pie is one of my all time favorite offerings (mostly because it's one of my all time favorite Thanksgiving foods!)

I will also have a handful of the specialty menu items available first come first serve!

You may notice a couple new things! We've had the fortunate problem of having too many products to fit in the display, so I built a new one.

And speaking of products, come and try our new Chocolate and Raspberry Croissant. The same chocolate croissant you know and love, stuffed with fresh raspberries.

Hello, all!

We wanted to first thank everyone for our first major milestone! It was just about one year ago that we made our first appearance at the

I had 15 loaves of bread and a tiny display in the corner of Mitch's stand, but to my surprise, people bought my bread! And you kept buying it!

In return for your continued support (and to explain why we had to take time off), I'd like to share progress pictures from all the way back a year ago.

In pictures 2-6, we see my original setup, my very first display, and our current home's original basement. We finished the floors and were scrambling to get things clean and in place to start prepping for market (please excuse the clutter!). More pictures will follow as more projects get checked off our list!

It's all a work in progress, but we've come a long way and couldn't have done it without your help.

And thank you to my lovely girlfriend Sarah, who many of you surely know. None of this would be possible without her support.

Hello, all!

As we gear up for the 3rd annual city-wide Tomato-Rama festival, we thought we'd use this opportunity to share some exciting news!

For this week's festival, we are introducing a special Heirloom Tomato and Pesto Danish. Even better, we are using our homegrown Cherokee Purple tomatoes and homemade pesto with basil from our garden. Simple, fresh, and delicious.

In addition, we are also introducing a new line of breads to the menu!

Namely: Roasted Garlic Sourdough, Blueberry Sourdough, and Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough.

For the new breads and the special pastry, come early to make you sure you get one (or two)!
