It has been a pleasure to work along side with Carla Puig, I can’t describe how sweet thoughtful and wonderful person she is, regardless of her high reputation as a artist she remains humble and grounded. Her talents are extraordinary and it was amazing seeing all of it come to life. We had a wonderful experience with all of her classes and to the students that were fortunate enough to attend we hope you enjoyed it just as much. Thank you Carla for giving your students top priority and attentiveness but most of all thank you for sharing your incredible skills and talent. The Yule log (or Bûche de Noël) cake is a French Christmas tradition that dates back to the 19th century. Today it can be made in a variety of flavors and finishes, but traditionally it was a chocolate roulade cake made to look like a forest log.
