Traditional sourdough bread made with only 3 ingredients, water organic flour and salt. Then fermented for 20 hrs to break down gluten and easier to digest.

Soft on the inside with a chewy crust, perfect to eat with a slab of butter, serve alongside soup or grilled cheese sandwiches.

I love making this bread, every week when my counter is filled with these loaves and I pull steaming loaves of bread out of the oven, my heart is filled with so much joy!

Our honey wheat sandwich loaf is now made using 30% fresh milled flour from organic wheat berries, containing more natural fiber, vitamins, and the full goodness of the whole grain in every slice!

I’ve been working on perfecting my cinnamon roll recipe for the last couple weeks and just finalized it! The softest cinnamon rolls, with a subtle taste of sourdough, the perfect sweet to have with your morning coffee or afternoon treat!
