It's been a long road for my short story cycle, Search Party, set on the eastern shore of Maryland, mostly in Kent County. It's been over 15 years of working on the stories, publishing most in literary journals and searching for the right publisher. I am so pleased to announce on this first day of 2026 that I found the perfect publisher in Secant Publishing, out of Salisbury, MD, a publisher that focuses on and supports local writers. I couldn't be happier to have my baby placed there. I know it's in the right hands. Publication date is set for September of 2026. Look for details of the launch around then. I would be so very honored to see you there.
