Hey there! My name is Valerie, I am the mom of four beautiful daughters and the wife to an amazing husband (Jason) who has made Sweetie Pies Bake Shop a reality. I have dreamed of opening a pie shop for several years and everything has fallen into place to finally see that fulfilled.

Whether I was visiting my Granny and Grandpa in Texas for the holidays or just enjoying a piece of my moms blueberry cream pie at home with my dad, pie always brings a sense of family and home. Now that I have a family of my own, a good slice of homemade pie with a hot cup of coffee has become a staple around the house no matter the time of year.

My desire is that when you step into Sweetie Pies Bake Shop you will enjoy a slice of homemade pie or experience a taste of the south with one of our fried pies. Sit back, relax and reminisce on your favorite “pie” memory or maybe take one of our whole pies home for you to enjoy with your family and create some new memories of your own.

The Pecan Pie is very close to my grandmothers which means I will continue to purchase them. I don't eat just anyones pecan pie.

Tried the pecan pie (a whole one that is but a slice at a time and am sharing it) and have determined it be scrumptious, delicious and several other words to positively describe it. It was plate licking worthy (yes I did and no there is no video - the Col has nothing with his finger licking good)!!

Today, I had a couple bites of Caramel Apple pie for the 1st time. It was delicious. It is the perfect blend of fruit, caramel, and spices. The crust was tender and flaky....i.e. perfect! Don't miss out on this deliciousness!

One of the physical therapists from Personalized Therapy called me to say how much she enjoyed the Sweetie Bites that they received from me as a 'thank you' for their help with my knee injury. She's going to check Sweetie Pies out. Thanks for the business cards. I've given them all out.🥧🍎🍊
