I have never taken a Cake Decorating Class, or any Culinary Arts Class, I learned decorating cakes by watching TV and You Tube lol I've always dreamed of being a cake Decorator but I never had the guts to do so, until one day I had an AWFUL experience when I ordered a cake for a special occasion and the cake was delivered to me in complete HORROR the next morning I had to run to all the local supe

rmarkets and pick up a few cakes and natural flowers and make this cake happen, for the Grace of God it came out pretty nice, but It was a nightmare, since the cake was going to be for my Goddaughters Sweet 15. I enjoy every moment when I am making a cake and especially when the time to decorate, It gives me a wonderful rush, I see my work and I keep thinking and wondering " How the heck did I learn to do this " It amazes me, and I'm in hopes to someday have a little cake shop, right now I work from home In my "spare time" "I do work "Full Time" as a Receptionist at a Family Practice, which I love :)
