We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all orders and this is due a minimum of one week prior to the date of the party or at the time of ordering. Due to being a small shop, we can only take s

o many orders. If an order is cancelled, any payment made on your order is non-refundable and non transferable. All cancelations and changes are required 5 days prior to the date of pick up. If canceled at least 5 days prior to the pick up date and time, we will be happy to transfer any payment made on that order.
