Grab a box of macarons to celebrate fall! Share this at your next book club, October birthday or at your Halloween party! Each box has 1 dozen macarons, two of each flavor, for our October Box!

Brown - Snickers Bar

Orange - Pumpkin Spice latte

Green - Green apple (for you Carey!)

White - Dulce de leche swiss meringue buttercream and dulce de leche filling

Yellow - Candy Corn ganache with peanut butter filling

Purple - Fig and Cardamom

Box pick ups on Oct 18th from 12-5 pm from my home in Leesburg. I'll share my address once your box is purchased. Macarons can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months but they won't make it that long. Bring them home from pick up and put into a zip lock baggie for freezer storage if you would like to save for Oct 31st! Happy fall! Happy October! Happy Halloween!

Happy Memorial Day! This is one of my favorite flavor combinations. Marscapone filling with basil infused cherry jam and vanilla crumble! The texture is just so smooth and the pop of basil is extra interesting.

We’ve got a pop up this weekend at .bagels in Leesburg! I’m so grateful they invited not only myself to bring macarons but also Margie so she can offer her sweet watercolor cards.

It’s been a quiet spring break here. Easter boxes are boxed and ready for pick up. I just love these carrot cake macarons. They are so lovely.

SHHHH! The Easter Bunny told me he would like to add some macarons to the kids' baskets this year but he needs some help. His kitchen is under construction, so I'll be baking the macarons this year and he will pick them up right before and deliver them to the children's baskets. ;)

Each individual box will have two festivly decorated macarons. One chocolate and one vanilla.

Pick up is Thursday, April 6th 2-5 pm at 27 South. If you need another time, please contact me. Link in profile to purchase.

Here is my hyacinth and daffodil centerpiece in full sunlight just a couple days after planting. It smells of spring which is exactly what we need in the sunroom with the chicks. 😬

For those of you with self control here is the list of macaron flavors so you can explain them tomorrow. For those of you who’ve already crushed your box-you are my favorite. 😉

Grey - brown butter, brown sugar maple buttercream
Pink - cinnamon cream cheese buttercream with boiled apple cider pie filling
Orange - boozy French buttercream with boozy brown butter pecan pie filling
Pumpkin - vanilla buttercream with spiced homemade pumpkin pie filling and pie crust crumble

Pink and orange gingham - white chocolate ganache with cranberry curd
Grey, pink and orange gingham - Gorgonzola white chocolate ganache with Marsala wine pear reduction

My favorite parts - making the shells and creating the flavors. My least favorite parts - filling the shells and rainy days. No baking today! More filling prep.

I’ve been prepping the fillings so when the shells are ready I can bust out all the macarons and have them ready for you! I’ve also been tweaking the flavors. So good!

🎃 Spiced pumpkin pie with pie crust crumble. (The crust is my FAVORITE part about pie)
