For those of you with self control here is the list of macaron flavors so you can explain them tomorrow. For those of you who’ve already crushed your box-you are my favorite. 😉

Grey - brown butter, brown sugar maple buttercream
Pink - cinnamon cream cheese buttercream with boiled apple cider pie filling
Orange - boozy French buttercream with boozy brown butter pecan pie filling
Pumpkin - vanilla buttercream with spiced homemade pumpkin pie filling and pie crust crumble

Pink and orange gingham - white chocolate ganache with cranberry curd
Grey, pink and orange gingham - Gorgonzola white chocolate ganache with Marsala wine pear reduction

My favorite parts - making the shells and creating the flavors. My least favorite parts - filling the shells and rainy days. No baking today! More filling prep.

I’ve been prepping the fillings so when the shells are ready I can bust out all the macarons and have them ready for you! I’ve also been tweaking the flavors. So good!

🥃Boozy brown butter pecan pie
🎃 Spiced pumpkin pie with pie crust crumble. (The crust is my FAVORITE part about pie)
🍏 Boiled cider apple pie with cinnamon cream cheese buttercream and pie crust crumble
🍒Cranberry curd with white chocolate ganache 🥰
🫖 Chai maple brown butter brown sugar Swiss meringue
🍐Something pear-undecided. Gorgonzola with pear or pear strussel.
