After much thought, I’ve decided to officially close my home bakery. What started as a passion project became a meaningful part of my life — I’m so grateful for the support, encouragement, and love you’ve shown along the way.

This season has come to an end as I’ve moved on to new things in life, and I’m at peace with the decision. Thank you for being part of the journey. It’s meant more than words can say.

🍂 Thanksgiving Pie Orders Are Now Open! 🍂

Get ready for the holiday season with our delicious, freshly-baked allergy friendly pies! 🥧✨ They are free of gluten, dairy, egg, soy, peanut, and tree nuts. I'm now taking orders for:

🎃 Pumpkin Pie – classic, smooth, and perfectly spiced

🍏 Apple Crumble Pie – a cozy blend of apples and a buttery crumble topping

Hey everyone! It’s been a little while since my last update, and there’s been so much happening at the bakery. From testing new recipes to perfecting old recipes, it’s been quite busy. Here are some highlights and a few sneak peeks of what has been going on:

-I have been trialing pie crust recipes to achieve peak flakiness and buttery goodness 🥧 (be on the lookout for Thanksgiving Pie ordering soon!!)

-I am working on a hamburger bun recipe and perfecting my rolls recipe 🤩

-I made an adorable gender reveal cake for a coworker of mine. ♂️♀️ It's my first one, and I hope to do more!

-I finally got the new highly anticipated cookbook from The Loopy Whisk called The Elements of Baking!! 📖 I will be pouring over it to learn how to convert more recipes to be allergy free.

-Lastly, I've been staying busy with my other job - being a medical speech language pathologist! I help out in multiple hospitals when there's lots of patients or someone is out for the day.
