Sometimes the simplest cookies are the best! 🍪

Aside from my classic chocolate chip, most of my cookies are loaded with drizzles, creams, chunks, and other delicious toppings. But every now and then—especially when I’m baking for my kids—I leave them “naked” and let the cookie itself shine.

Tonight I tested a new cookie base, and I am absolutely obsessed! These cookies baked up thick, soft, and beautifully oversized. Even better, they held fillings perfectly while still maintaining that bakery-style look and texture.
