** Update! These are cinnamon roll muffins. They have a swirl of the filling in the middle and on top. They are then glazed with a vanilla bean glaze, while still warm!

We call this Crumbl (copycat) cookie The Sticky Situation!!

We took a perfectly innocent sugar cookie and immediately compromised its integrity. First, we smothered it in gooey caramel. Then we buried that under a thick layer of rich chocolate ganache and rained down crunchy toffee shards. Finally—because we clearly have no self-control—we drizzled more caramel right over the top. It is complex, it is deeply layered, and it is a structural hazard. Your hands will get messy. Your napkin will fail you. You will regret absolutely nothing.

We will be offering this 🍪 in August!! Watch for it!
