Celebrated the First Birthday of a very special Monster two weeks ago. Carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting decorated as characters from Monsters Inc. Gluten free, refined sugar free, vegan chocolate cupcakes and mini "smash" cake with sugar free coconut whipped cream (used food based dyes). ❤️ Delicious!! Happy birthday, Dude!!

Well Facebook, it has been a year since I posted last.... Having a baby is hard, time consuming, and exhausting but tonight I FINALLY found time to bake again!!! (with the help of my 11 month old before he went to bed 💙💙) world's best banana bread and some peanut butter banana oat muffins. So yummy!!!

Happy Easter! Had to whip up a quick dessert for today! An old family carrot cake recipe with delicious cream cheese frosting. And a very lazy icing job. (Life is hard when you're almost 36 weeks pregnant!) Happy Easter, all!

Made some cinnamon rolls a few weeks ago! Look at that perfect swirl! Finished half of them off with an orange glaze, the rest with a classic glaze! Yummy yummy!!!!

Made some cheesecake! Strawberry cheesecake with graham cracker crust, strawberry preserves throughout the cake topped with more preserves, strawberries and some chocolate ganache! #delicious

Haven't made anything in a while! Life has been CRAZY!! Made a delicious dinner-- gf penne with gf breaded chicken, broccoli and homemade Alfredo sauce!!! Yum yum. Have my overnight sponge resting to make some delicious bread tomorrow!!! Also planning to make some bagels! Let me know if you'd like either!! :)

I also do doggy desserts! :) (homemade cakes, treats, cupcakes and more!!) this is a pumpkin sweet potato cake! I make sure they are all GF and I only use minimal ingredients that are not processed!!! I can make them to whatever flavor your dogs prefer and whatever allergies or sensitivities they may have! My dogs LOVED this!

I LOVE making bagels!!! And I've been told they're delicious! :) I can do plain, everything (onion, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and a little garlic powder!), cinnamon raisin, any of the individual toppings from the everything bagels (or a mix of whatever!), and am coming up with recipes for blueberry, multigrain, and jalepeno bagels as well!!
