A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined in on our guessing game yesterday! I had so much fun seeing all of your guesses roll in.

And as you can see from the pictures below… Dough Boy BLOSSOMED overnight! 😂🍞

He grew to a GRAND TOTAL of 9,500 grams — that’s the equivalent of the starter needed for approximately 95 of my sourdough loaves! 🤯

Since I wanted to make this one extra fun, I decided to award the top two correct guesses that did NOT go over!

These JUMBO Sourdough English Muffins are giving your basic grocery-store English muffin a serious run for its money. 😂 They’re BIG, fluffy, chewy, and absolutely delicious — and at 122–123g each, these babies are no joke!

Of course, I had to do some quality control this morning 😉 and tested one with my favorite breakfast — my cottage cheese protein English muffin. Let’s just say… I’m officially obsessed. 🤤

🎉 Can you believe Baked with Loave’s FIRST BIRTHDAY is quickly approaching?! 🎉

Honestly, I cannot believe how much we have accomplished in almost ONE YEAR! From the countless loaves of sourdough, cookies, bagels, muffins, and cinnamon rolls that have come out of my kitchen to all of YOU who have supported, shared, ordered, recommended, and cheered me on along the way… my heart is so full! 🤍

This little bakery has grown far beyond what I ever imagined, and I’m so incredibly grateful for every single person who has been part of this journey.

And because a milestone this BIG deserves a celebration… be on the lookout because I think a GIVEAWAY CONTEST is definitely in order! 👀🎉
