Currently experimenting with bread bowls! Inspired by Ashton Frawley

They’re the same amount of bread that is in a mini loaf, but shaped in the traditional boule shape. Hoping to add it as an option soon, but still playing with best way to bake multiple at a time. Stay tuned!

I broke a big sourdough rule today. I cut into bread before it was cooled. Worth it.

Currently experimenting with garlic infused loaves. Pairs excellent with spaghetti. Especially when it’s fresh out of the oven 😂

Many of you stopped by during the community garage sales last Saturday and I loved meeting so many new faces! I sold all but one loaf and it was my very first “pop up” event! Thank you to everyone who helped make it successful!
