Camping this weekend. An animal got into a dozen Sourdough English muffins I brought and accidentally left in a reusable bag outside. They skipped the store bought tortillas, bully sticks, and chips. At least they have good taste 😂

🥖 Behind the scenes at Mollie’s Mart!

I realized I’ve shared plenty of pictures of the finished product, but not much of the little workspace where it all comes together!

This is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes work happens. Mixing, shaping, weighing, packaging, slicing, experimenting with new recipes… and usually making a pretty good mess along the way. 😂

It may not be a big commercial bakery, but I’ve slowly been setting up this little space to make baking each week easier and more organized as Mollie’s Mart grows.

What started as me baking sourdough for fun has turned into something I look forward to every weekend, and every order helps me continue building it little by little. 🤎

Someday I’d love to see Mollie’s Mart grow enough to provide fresh bread to other local businesses, but for now, I’m pretty proud of this little corner and everything that comes out of it. 🥖

Took a weekend off, but we are back! Orders are freshly baked each weekend. Flavors available (everything is sourdough): white, cinnamon sugar, sesame seed, everything seasoning, and cinnamon raisin.
