Mollie’s Mart is now on hotplate- making ordering easy as ever!

I am now taking orders for next weekend! Preorder your loaves by Friday at 6 PM for a Sunday afternoon pick up.

Simple go to hotplate.com/molliesmart and click to order! You can add whichever flavors you’d like to your cart and pay on the website!

To keep a good workflow, this will be the only way to place an order from this point on! Please feel free to message me if you have any problems ordering and I will help walk you through it!

IT’S OFFICIAL 🥖

Mollie’s Mart is officially approved by NYS as a Home Processor and I am now accepting orders! 🤎

What started as me wanting a better loaf of bread in my own kitchen has slowly turned into something so much bigger than I expected. Thank you to everyone who has followed along, encouraged me, entered giveaways, taste-tested bread, and supported this little idea from the beginning.

Because this is a very small home microbakery, quantities will be limited each bake day while I figure out a good rhythm and workflow. I also have a full-time job during the week, so majority of the baking will be done on the weekends.

A little Mollie’s Mart update 🥖

I still haven’t heard back from the NYS Home Processing Department yet, but I have been slowly checking things off behind the scenes while I wait!

So far I’ve:
* Filed the paperwork for my DBA
* Added a home business endorsement to my homeowners insurance policy
* Continued testing recipes and working on labels/packaging

Definitely not the most exciting part of starting a microbakery, but all important steps to make sure everything is done the right way.

Thank you all again for following along and supporting this little idea of mine. I truly appreciate the excitement more than you know 🤎

I hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day weekend and took a moment to remember and honor those who gave their lives while serving our country 🇺🇸

👀 I heard from the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets

They said my application is in the final step of the review process and expected completion is by the end of the week.

Send me positive vibes! If all goes well, I may be able to accept orders this weekend!

My husband and I decided we may need to replenish my flour stock in anticipation for the approval, so we headed to Costco.
