Pierre Angelo Gauthier has come a long way in mastering and bringing to perfection his skills as a Chef/Baker. Gauthier grew up in a Caribbean family with a mother who believed that taste, presentation and a dash of love are what comp

letes a plate. And so, inevitably he grew up admiring and fascinated by how much laughter and love a simple meal could bring to a table. Gauthier started exploring with ingredients and flavors; his mother in awe at her little boy’s growing skills. By the time he was a teenager, Gauthier was known in his neighborhood for his wild explorations and creative imagination when it came to cooking. Gauthier, who refined his skills at Florida Culinary Arts, is extremely passionate about his cooking and baking. “My job is not finish,” he proclaims, “until a smile forms on my client’s face and I have brought their idea to light.”

Mr. Gauthier wed in February 2009 and his wife became his faithful sidekick. Mitchise Lorema Gauthier has always had an eye for décor! They started accumulating a nice handful of clients when friends and family--ecstatic about their work--continually referred the Gauthier couple to their own network of friends, family and acquaintances.
