Had the privilege of hosting a farewell happy hour at work today. Here are the only pics I got of the process and end results....sorry I was busy being social!

Theme was Happy Hour. I served "caketails", all named after a cocktail with flavors to match. If you couldn't decide on one? You could have a "caketails flight".....I know I'm a genius...a corny genius. Menu is below. These were all non-alcoholic...However🤔

Pina Colada: pineapple cake, coconut buttercream

Strawberry Daiquiri: strawberry cake, strawberry buttercream

Irish Slammer aka Irish Car Bomb: chocolate cake, Irish cream buttercream

Espresso Martini: chocolate cake, espresso buttercream

Dirty Monkey: banana cake, chocolate frosting

Colorado Bulldog: Espresso cake, vanilla buttercream.

Mama's bakin' today!!

Java Chip scones - these are my regular scone dough filled with espresso chocolate chips and topped with a subtle sweet coffee glaze.

Lemon Bars
Butterfinger Bars

And maybe Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chunk Blondies...that one is a mouthful!
