1. Must be prepared to pay upfront
2. No deposits Accepted
3. Allow at least two weeks in advance unless I have spoken with you personally
4. Please follow recommendations for care instructions after your items are picked up.
5. Once the item is in your possession I am no longer responsible for damages. However my heart is so big I will assist however I can.
6. FULL Refunds are given if I cancel on you (only if their is illness in my family).
7. If you cancel on me and I have not purchased any items or prepared your order I will refund you. However if I have made purchases you will be reimbursed the amount I have not spent.
