April 1st always gets a reputation for jokes and pranks… but today I’m choosing something a little different.

Today, I’m celebrating the beauty of laughter, the sweetness of lighthearted moments, and the kind of joy that doesn’t come at anyone’s expense. Life gives us enough seriousness—so if we can add a little kindness, a little sparkle, and a genuine smile to someone’s day… that feels like the real win.

Here’s to finding joy in the simple things, sharing a laugh with the people we love, and remembering that happiness—real happiness—is never a trick. 💛

Super crispy oven baked asparagus fries, Alfredo sausage and pasta with Tony's, buttery toasted bagel thins and peaches. It's what is called inexpensive and super easy. I like 30 minutes or less some days and today was one of those days.

I love making breakfast on slow Sunday mornings.

Oh... and heads up.people... just came back from the mall area... holy smokes there are tons of people and traffic everywhere! Be safe.
