Sourdough Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls 🍁✨
Super soft, fluffy, filled with warm fall spices, real pumpkin purée, and topped with homemade pumpkin buttercream. The perfect cozy bake for pumpkin spice season

CINNAMON ROLL DOUGH
• 200 g sweet stiff starter
• 150 g milk
• Yudane
• 2 eggs
• 100 g cane sugar
• 113 g butter, melted
• 60 g pure pumpkin purée
• 500 g flour
• 10 g salt
PUMPKIN SPICE FILLING
• 113 g butter, softened
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
PUMPKIN BUTTERCREAM
• 113 g butter, softened
• ~2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
• Pinch of salt
• ~1 tbsp pumpkin purée
• Dash of cinnamon
• Dash of nutmeg
• Dash of pumpkin pie spice
