After taking two cake decorating classes with my mom, I have been blessed for the past fe years or to be baking and decorating cakes for others. It's an opportunity to be challenged and to use creativity. And now I would like to offer you other baked goods as well. Would you like a nice cookie tray or a freshly baked loaf of bread? This isn't the best picture, but here is a 3 tier birthday/graduation cake I did a few weeks ago. It's a marble cake with strawberries and whipped cream in the middle. The boot on top is solid candy...chocolate and vanilla flavored. :)
