AliBars are made by hand in small batches, with love and attention to detail. Each flavor is thoughtfully crafted with organic ingredients to produce a delicious and satisfying bar. It took years of development and refining my recipes to arrive where we are today, with a premium nutrition bar that is undeniably delicious!

It might be the middle of winter, but I’m getting excited thinking about this coming market season.
Applications are officially in for the South Pearl Street and the Golden Farmers Markets!

All I can say is WOW …. I am blown away by the turn out on our first day at the South Pearl Street Market. We are so grateful to be a part of such an incredible community. 🙌🏻
I can’t wait to meet more new friends this Sunday! We will be back at the market from 9am-1pm.

The sunshine and warmer weather this week has me super excited and looking forward to this summers farmers market season!

Today I completed our application for the 2022 season at the Golden Farmers Market 🎉💕

I also put in an application for the South Pearl Street Market in Denver. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Fingers crossed we will be able to join into their market for every other Sunday!!

Hopefully you’re all staying healthy and active as possible this winter! Let me know what you’re doing for fun - inside or out!!

Our Story

Established in 2010.

After graduating Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2005, Allison spent the following years catering high-end private events & acting as a personal chef for several families in the Las Vegas valley. 'She Bakes' was formed in 2010 as a way to share her passion for small-batch baking. Over the next 8 years Allison provided the community with delicious, high quality treats through this platform. Her cookies were in all the local coffee shops, and everyone loved them. Over time SheBakes evolved into much more than just your traditional dessert baker. Allison grew to be more active and health conscious and began to create new products. She worked hard to develop a line of premium nutrition products for active lifestyles, and began to vend at the neighborhood farmers markets . SheBakes protein bars became one of the most sought after products at the Las Vegas farmers markets and developed a large following . In 2018 Allison left her wonderful customers and life in Las Vegas behind, and moved to be with her new husband in Golden, CO. Rebranding her business to 'AliProject', you will now find her line of protein bars under the name 'AliBars'.
